Poki
Poke is a popular diced raw fish served as either an appetizer or as a main course and is one of the main dishes of Native Hawaiian cuisine. Traditional forms are aku and he’e. He’e poke is usually called by its Japanese name “Tako” Poke, except in places like the island of Ni’ihau where the Hawaiian language is spoken. It has become a popular food in the U.S.A with the opening of Poki shops like Poki Burrito.

Kimchi
Kimchi, a staple in Korean cuisine, has become a popular food in the U.S.A, and is a traditional side dish made from salted and fermented vegetables, most commonly napa cabbage and Korean radishes, with a variety of seasonings, including gochugaru, scallions, garlic, ginger, and jeotgal.


Buddha Bowls
Buddha bowls, sometimes referred to as glory or hippie bowls, are hearty, filling dishes made of various greens, raw or roasted veggies, beans and a healthy grain like quinoa or brown rice. Sometimes they also include toppings like nuts, seeds and dressings for added texture and flavor. They have become a popular food in the U.S.A.

Avocado toast is a type of open sandwich or toast made with mashed avocado and salt, pepper, and citrus juice on toast. Many other ingredients may be used, such as poached eggs, salmon, strawberries, garlic, tomatoes, capers, onions and feta cheese.
